Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number can be found in the confirmation email or SMS you received when your shipment was processed. If you created an account with us, you can also find it in your order history.

How often is tracking information updated?

Tracking information is typically updated when your shipment reaches key points in its journey (e.g., leaving a facility, arriving at a hub). For express shipments, updates may occur more frequently, sometimes every few hours.

Why hasn't my tracking information updated?

There could be several reasons: your package may be in transit between scanning locations, there might be a delay in scanning, or it could be at a facility that hasn't processed it yet. If it's been more than 48 hours without an update, please contact us.

What does "In Transit" mean?

"In Transit" means your shipment is on its way to the next facility in the delivery network. This could mean it's on a truck, train, plane, or ship moving toward its destination.

Can I change the delivery address after shipment?

Address changes may be possible depending on how far along in the delivery process your shipment is. Please contact our customer service immediately with your tracking number to inquire about address changes.
